Hualalai Academy Outdoor Day - Earth, Family, Fitness
Time:  9 am - 2 pm
Location:  Hualalai Academy in Kona                                                  

This event will be held on the grounds of Hualalai Academy, an innovative private school in Kona, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Though education is typically an indoor activity, on this day the school will be offering a variety of activities focused on reconnecting families, especially, and the community generally with the outdoors, emphasizing the importance of fitness and nature.  The activities offered include gardening, nature photography, nature crafts, nature journaling and nature hikes, composting workshop, bird watching, mountain biking, skateboarding, par course, discovery play garden, farmers market and rummage sale.  For more information visit www.hualalai.org.  No child left inside!
